Privacy policy

Simply reading the site collects no personal data: there is no sign-up and no analytics service. We count how many times each page has been opened, but that number belongs to the page, not to anyone reading it.

If you subscribe to new recipes, we keep your email address, the language you chose and the date you subscribed. Nothing else.

If you use the “Report a problem” form, we keep what you wrote and, if you chose to leave one, your email address.

Saved recipes and the shopping list stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, what you send (your name, contact details and message) is used only to reply to you and discuss a possible collaboration. The privacy terms of those services also apply.

Your email address is used for one thing: telling you when a new recipe goes up on the site. We do not write to you about anything else.

We do not sell, rent or pass the subscriber list to anyone.

Every letter carries an unsubscribe link. One click removes your address from the list.

We do not sell your correspondence or pass it on for advertising. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., the data is kept in an Upstash Inc. database, and the letters are sent through Resend Inc.

We set no cookies for visitors. The only cookie on the site signs in the administrator to the management console.

The site may embed videos from YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. When those load, the platforms may collect data and set cookies under their own privacy policies.

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer you and carry out any collaboration, and no longer than 24 months.

Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe; once you do, it is removed from the list.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@osmancho.com. We answer within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the updated text is published on this page with a new date.
