What I film

Every video is a recipe: ingredients, method and result, shot without narration with the attention on the frame and the details. Alongside national dishes such as plov, dolma, qutab and kebab there are Turkish, Georgian, Italian and Asian recipes.

This site collects the written recipes behind those videos: an ingredient list and step-by-step method for each one, in three languages.
