Charlotte Apple Pie

Most likely, many of you know how to make an apple pie. But today I will show you a beautifully presented version. With this recipe, the charlotte turns out not only perfect but also beautiful.

Ingredients

• Eggs - 3 pcs
• Flour - 250 g
• Sugar - 180 g
• Sour cream - 180 g
• Vegetable oil - 80 ml
• Baking powder - 10 g
• Vanilla - 2 g
• Apples - 4-5 pcs

Method

1. 1.Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.
2. 2.Check for doneness with a toothpick: insert and remove it to make sure no sticky dough remains.

Notes

• The mold I used is 28 cm, but 25-26 cm would be better.
• Since ovens vary, check frequently after 30 minutes.
