Very delicious and simple. Ideal for hot summer days!
Ingredients
Method
- 1.Heat the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice over low heat. At the same time, dissolve the cornstarch in 3 tbsp of cold water, then add it to the cooking blueberries while stirring. Once it thickens, remove from the heat and wait for it to cool completely.
- 2.Crush the biscuits into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Place parchment paper at the bottom of a non-stick mold, add the biscuit mixture, and press it down firmly.
- 3.In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Then add the heavy cream and mix until it reaches a creamy consistency. Add it to the mold, smooth it out, and spread the previously prepared, completely cooled blueberry jam on top. Finally, keep it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
