Ingredients

• Lamb/beef 600 g
• Long-grain rice 500 g
• Onion 3 pcs
• Dried sour plums (albukhara) 80 g
• Dried apricots 120 g
• Raisins 50 g
• Chestnuts 180 g
• Butter 250 g
• Saffron 1 pinch
• Boiling water 100 ml
• Salt, black pepper, turmeric to taste
• Lavash 5-10 pcs (depending on size)

Method

1. 1.Bake in a preheated 180°C oven until the lavash is golden brown.
