Lentil bread contains more protein and fiber than regular bread, raises blood sugar slowly, and keeps you full for a long time. Therefore, it is considered dietary. It's a bread that some people really like and others don't. To be honest, it wasn't quite to my taste because it doesn't taste like classic bread and has a different flavor.

Method
- 1.Wash the lentils until the water runs clear and soak them in water overnight.
- 2.The next day, drain the lentils and wash them again under clean water.
- 3.Add the blender ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- 4.Then add the cottage cheese, chopped dill, and flaxseeds (washed and soaked in water for 10 minutes) and mix well.
- 5.Line a bread pan with parchment paper and grease it. Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle sunflower and pumpkin seeds (or sesame seeds) on top.
- 6.If baking in a bread pan, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) on the middle rack for 50–60 minutes. You can also use a regular 20x25 cm pan; in this case, baking for 30 minutes in a preheated 200°C (400°F) oven is sufficient.
- 7.Let the bread cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
Notes
- Do not soak the lentils for more than 1 night, as they will absorb too much water.
