Kremlin-Style Meat

It is said that during Soviet times, this dish was prepared for high-ranking officials in the Kremlin. The advantage of this recipe is that it can be made from any part of the beef, and the meat turns out as soft as cotton. It is also very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

• Beef 600 g
• Onion (peeled) 200 g
• Butter 150 g
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper 0.5 tsp
• Thyme (to taste)

Method

1. 1.Cover the top as tightly as possible with foil.
2. 2.Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 2 hours.
